Mold Testing

Adding a mold test to your home inspection provides scientific details about the condition of the air quality in a home. Each additional level of your home that requires sampling has additional cost. Any visible areas of possible mold can also be swab tested for an additional cost.

Western Home Inspections offers non-viable mold testing that provides cost-effective, efficient and expedited results. Testing results from the laboratory are typically available within 2-3 business days. We do not offer mold remediation services or repair so you will receive a truly unbiased opinion of the property. 

What to expect:

The test service takes up to 1 hour onsite and 2-3 days at the laboratory. You will receive a detailed report from a certified laboratory.
