Free Kids Yoga - Summer Series

Upcoming classes: August 18th and September 8th

Join us for a free, fun & encouraging beginner level yoga class for kids, best suited for ages 2-7. All ages are welcome. In this 30 minute session, kids will learn basic poses to create healthy energy, offer physical challenge, and inspire their imagination. No mat necessary, just bring a smile and wear comfortable shorts or pants. Parents are welcome to join too!

Coffee, juice, water as well as fruit and light breakfast pastries will be offered.

A parent/guardian must accompany and remain through the entire event with child(ren).

Classes are offered at both 10am and 11am; please plan to arrive a 10 - 15 minutes early for check in. The class location is Waneka Lake at the West Shelter. 1600 Caria Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026.
